A Fiberglass Centrifugal Fan is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant air handling unit designed for industrial exhaust, process ventilation, and air purification systems. Built from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), it offers a unique combination of chemical durability, mechanical strength, and aerodynamic efficiency, making it ideal for chemical plants, laboratories, marine facilities, and environmental control systems.

This fan operates on the centrifugal principle: air enters the impeller axially and is expelled radially by centrifugal force. The FRP impeller—molded as a single piece—features backward-curved blades to achieve high pressure and efficiency. The volute casing is made from seamless molded FRP, ensuring air-tight performance and excellent resistance to chemical degradation. The motor can be direct-coupled or belt-driven, depending on installation requirements.

All metallic components, including the shaft and fasteners, are made from stainless steel, while bearings are placed outside the airflow in sealed housings. The design provides smooth, vibration-free operation with low noise. Optional accessories include silencers, flexible connectors, dampers, and explosion-proof motors for hazardous gas environments.

Performance capabilities range from 1,000 to 120,000 m³/h airflow and 400 to 5,000 Pa static pressure. The Fiberglass Centrifugal Fan is widely applied in acid mist exhaust, chemical process ventilation, scrubber systems, and clean air applications.
