The High Pressure Centrifugal Fiberglass Fan is an advanced air-handling unit engineered for industrial environments where high static pressure and chemical resistance are essential. It operates on the centrifugal principle, drawing air axially and discharging it radially through a precisely contoured FRP volute casing, achieving powerful airflow delivery at elevated pressures. Constructed from premium-grade fiberglass-reinforced plastic, the fan offers exceptional performance in corrosive environments, making it ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, and metallurgical industries.

The impeller design features backward-curved airfoil blades, which provide optimal pressure conversion with reduced energy loss. Each impeller is dynamically balanced to ISO standards to ensure smooth operation and minimize vibration. The volute housing is molded as a seamless unit to eliminate leakage and enhance chemical resistance. Internal surfaces are coated with anti-corrosive resin gel coats that prevent degradation from acid and alkali vapors.

Driven by high-efficiency industrial motors, the fan supports direct or belt-driven configurations, with optional explosion-proof or variable-speed motors depending on process requirements. Typical performance specifications include airflows from 1,500 to 120,000 m³/h and total pressures up to 5,000 Pa. Bearings are located outside the gas path, ensuring isolation from corrosive media and promoting longevity.
