The PP exhaust fan is made of reinforced polypropylene grade material with high design parameters, so it adopts a T-shaped reinforcement method. It can be used normally under extreme operation, and the PP material is relatively light, but it is corrosion-resistant and has low noise, which does not affect nighttime operation. The transported gas should not have particles, and the gas temperature should be ≤ 60 ℃. Long term operation and good ventilation are required.

The PP Exhaust Fan is a specialized ventilation unit engineered to remove toxic or corrosive fumes from confined environments such as plating workshops, acid treatment rooms, and waste gas scrubbers. Its entire air-contacting structure is composed of chemical-grade polypropylene, ensuring resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and ammonia-based gases.
