An Anticorrosive Fiberglass Centrifugal Fan combines centrifugal airflow dynamics with the chemical resistance of FRP materials, providing a robust ventilation solution for highly corrosive industrial environments. The fan’s components—including the impeller, volute casing, and inlet—are fabricated from fiberglass-reinforced thermoset resin, ensuring long-term resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

The centrifugal impeller generates pressure by converting mechanical energy from the motor into kinetic energy and static pressure. Backward-curved or radial impeller blades ensure high efficiency, smooth airflow, and low noise. The FRP casing is integrally molded for strength and seamless sealing, preventing leakage of harmful gases. A corrosion-resistant stainless-steel shaft connects the impeller to an external bearing assembly, which is protected from gas contact.

To ensure reliable operation, the motor is mounted outside the airflow path. Optional configurations include belt drive, coupling drive, or direct drive, depending on system design. The fan can also be fitted with an explosion-proof motor for environments containing flammable vapors. Each impeller undergoes precision dynamic balancing to maintain stable, vibration-free operation.

With airflow capacities from 1,000 to 70,000 m³/h and pressures between 400 and 5,000 Pa, this fan type is widely applied in acid mist exhaust, gas scrubbing towers, laboratory ventilation, and plating line systems. Its superior corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and ease of maintenance make it a long-lasting choice for continuous operation in harsh chemical industries.
