The Fiberglass Deodorant Fan is specifically developed for odor control and air purification systems, combining corrosion resistance, high efficiency, and chemical stability. Constructed from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), this fan is designed to handle gases containing H₂S, ammonia, VOCs, and organic vapors — commonly found in sewage treatment plants, composting facilities, chemical waste storage, and deodorization scrubbers.

The centrifugal impeller and volute casing are precision-molded from FRP composite materials with vinyl ester or bisphenol-A epoxy resins, selected based on chemical compatibility. The smooth, nonporous internal surface minimizes gas adsorption and facilitates easy cleaning. The fan’s backward-curved impeller design ensures high static pressure with low energy consumption, supporting stable operation even under fluctuating system loads.

A key design feature is the odor-sealing and leak-proof structure, with all joints sealed using chemical-resistant gaskets to prevent odor leakage. Bearings are isolated from the gas stream and mounted externally, while the shaft is made from 304 or 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The drive motor can be equipped with a variable-frequency controller for airflow adjustment, enhancing system efficiency.

Typical airflow capacities range from 800 to 80,000 m³/h, with pressures between 400 and 4,500 Pa. The fan operates quietly and efficiently, ensuring a comfortable working environment.
