Widely used in electronics, semiconductors, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, non-ferrous metals, photovoltaic, new materials, new energy, chemical fiber, paper, metallurgy, VOC, organic waste gas, RTO, RCO, solvent recovery and other corrosive gases extraction and exhaust air. Axial action fiberglass fan is suitable for industrial plant containing corrosive acid and alkali gas extraction and exhaust air.
The Axial Action Fiberglass Fan is an advanced air-moving device utilizing an axial flow mechanism, where air moves parallel to the shaft of the impeller. Constructed primarily from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), it combines lightweight structure, superior corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. This type of fan is widely used in chemical processing, marine ventilation, wastewater treatment, and coastal facilities where corrosive gases or humid conditions demand materials that resist acid, alkali, and salt exposure.
The impeller blades are designed in an airfoil or twisted profile, optimized for aerodynamic efficiency and noise reduction. Air enters and exits the fan in the same direction, creating a linear airflow path with minimal pressure loss. The fiberglass structure is formed through a precision molding process with uniform resin distribution, ensuring mechanical integrity and long service life. The fan casing, inlet bell, and motor support are also fabricated from corrosion-resistant FRP, making the entire assembly lightweight and durable.
Motors used in axial action fiberglass fans can be standard, variable-frequency, or explosion-proof types, depending on application requirements. Bearings are lubricated for long-term operation, and the fan can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The design ensures easy installation, low maintenance, and excellent performance in corrosive atmospheres. Optional accessories include dampers, protective grilles, and silencers to enhance operational flexibility.
Performance ranges typically include air volumes from 2,000 m³/h to 200,000 m³/h, with static pressures between 100 and 1,500 Pa. These fans are ideal for systems requiring large airflows at low to medium pressures, such as ventilation ducts, exhaust systems, cooling towers, and chemical workshops. The combination of axial action efficiency and fiberglass durability provides an environmentally friendly, corrosion-resistant solution that delivers reliable ventilation performance under challenging industrial conditions.
