The Round Mouth High Pressure FRP Fan is a precision-engineered centrifugal fan designed for processes requiring strong air delivery under high static pressure with excellent corrosion resistance. Manufactured from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), this model is specifically tailored for corrosive gas exhaust systems, chemical processing ventilation, and waste treatment applications. The “round mouth” inlet design ensures uniform airflow distribution and smooth entry, minimizing turbulence while improving pressure efficiency.
The fan’s volute casing and impeller are molded from acid- and alkali-resistant FRP resin, reinforced with continuous glass fibers to ensure long-term stability and mechanical strength. The backward-curved impeller blades are dynamically balanced to achieve high efficiency, low vibration, and stable operation even under variable load conditions. The circular inlet (“round mouth”) enhances aerodynamic performance, allowing higher flow uniformity and pressure stability at high rotational speeds.
This fan typically operates with airflows up to 100,000 m³/h and total pressures from 2,000 to 4,800 Pa, depending on the size and configuration. The drive system can be direct-coupled for compact installations or belt-driven for flexible speed adjustment. Bearings are mounted externally and sealed against moisture and corrosive gases, ensuring long service life. Optional variable frequency drives (VFDs) can be integrated for energy-efficient and adjustable operation.
