Fiberglass acid and alkali fan adopts vinylester grade resin, with UV-proof rubber shell protection, anti-aging, anti-adsorption of pollutants, strict quality control, high accuracy of impeller production, good balance efficiency, petal packing seal, acid and alkali gas to do special treatment to avoid the leakage of toxic and harmful gases.

The Fiberglass Acid Alkali Fan is specifically designed to provide reliable ventilation and exhaust capabilities in environments containing corrosive acid or alkaline gases. Constructed entirely from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), this fan resists degradation caused by sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and other corrosive compounds commonly found in chemical processing and wastewater industries.
The fan’s impeller and volute casing are fabricated through precision molding, creating a lightweight yet strong structure capable of withstanding continuous operation in harsh chemical atmospheres. The impeller features backward-inclined blades, aerodynamically optimized to reduce energy loss and noise while maximizing airflow and pressure performance. Typical air volumes range between 800 m³/h and 70,000 m³/h, with total pressures up to 2,800 Pa.
The shaft and hardware are made from stainless steel 316 or coated carbon steel to ensure long-lasting operation even under aggressive conditions. Bearings are located outside the gas stream, sealed, and lubricated for extended service life. Optional VFD control allows for variable speed adjustment, providing flexible operation depending on process requirements.
This fiberglass fan is widely used in chemical laboratories, fertilizer plants, electroplating workshops, and industrial exhaust systems that handle toxic or corrosive fumes. Compared with conventional steel fans, the Fiberglass Acid Alkali Fan provides superior resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and moisture-induced wear, ensuring safe and stable air movement in highly reactive environments.
