PP anti-corrosion fan is produced and manufactured from polypropylene material, suitable for acidic gas system emissions. It is generally matched with various laboratory equipment. Different concentrations of gases have different material choices, and it is also suitable for ventilation in coastal areas that are prone to moisture decomposition and corrosion. It is sun resistant and aging resistant, with a heavier carbon steel base, stable design, lifelong warranty, and worry free after-sales service.
The PP Anti-Corrosion Fan is a highly durable industrial ventilation solution engineered for chemical, pharmaceutical, plating, and wastewater treatment applications where strong corrosive vapors and acidic gases are present. Constructed entirely from injection-molded polypropylene, the fan body exhibits excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and chemical solvents.
The impeller adopts a backward-curved or radial blade configuration depending on the pressure requirement, ensuring both high efficiency and low energy consumption. Its structural integrity is maintained even under long-term exposure to corrosive gases. The PP casing is welded seamlessly, offering a high level of airtightness to prevent leakage. For environments containing volatile or flammable vapors, an explosion-proof motor option can be integrated.
A key feature of this model is its low mechanical noise and high static pressure performance. The airflow channels are optimized using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis to ensure stable flow distribution and minimal turbulence. Additionally, the motor is mounted externally or isolated by a coupling system, preventing direct exposure to corrosive airflow. Bearings are lubricated with high-temperature grease to guarantee reliable performance over extended operation.
Maintenance is straightforward due to its detachable structure. The impeller, inlet cone, and casing cover can be removed independently for inspection and cleaning. The fan can be installed either vertically or horizontally, supporting flexible system integration. Optional accessories include variable frequency drives (VFDs), flow control dampers, and anti-vibration mounts.
