The Energy Saving Fiberglass Centrifugal Fan is a precision-engineered device that integrates high aerodynamic efficiency with the chemical resistance of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) materials. It is designed for use in chemical process exhaust, laboratory ventilation, acid mist extraction, and clean air systems, where energy consumption, durability, and chemical compatibility are all critical.

This centrifugal fan employs a backward-curved impeller made from high-strength FRP, molded as a single seamless component for balance and stability. The volute casing is designed using CFD analysis to minimize airflow separation and turbulence. Together, these features provide efficiency levels exceeding 80%, reducing power demand and operational costs.

The motor can be direct-drive, coupling-drive, or belt-drive, depending on airflow volume and installation layout. Bearings are located outside the corrosive airflow and housed within a sealed, ventilated bearing assembly. The FRP structure provides lightweight performance and excellent vibration absorption, while the reinforced resin matrix resists acids, alkalis, and salt-laden moisture.

Performance capacities range from 1,000 to 80,000 m³/h with static pressures between 500 and 4,500 Pa. When integrated with a variable-frequency drive (VFD), the fan achieves precise flow control, maintaining system efficiency under variable load conditions. Optional noise-reducing inlets and vibration isolation bases further enhance its performance.
