The High Pressure Explosion-Proof Fiberglass Fan is an advanced industrial blower engineered to handle flammable, corrosive gases at elevated pressures. It integrates explosion-proof electrical safety with FRP corrosion resistance, making it suitable for chemical reactors, solvent recovery systems, coating production lines, and hazardous exhaust applications.

The fan adopts a high-pressure centrifugal design. The impeller—made of thick, reinforced fiberglass—is precision-molded and dynamically balanced for stable, high-speed operation. The volute casing is integrally formed from FRP resin reinforced with glass fiber, providing a lightweight yet rigid structure. Its smooth, corrosion-resistant inner surface ensures minimal airflow loss and easy cleaning.

All metallic parts exposed to the gas stream are replaced by non-sparking materials or are fully encapsulated. The explosion-proof motor (classified Ex d IIB T4 or higher) is installed outside the airflow, connected via coupling or belt transmission. Bearings are mounted in sealed housings and can be air- or water-cooled depending on ambient temperature. The entire assembly is electrically grounded to prevent static charge accumulation.

Performance ranges include airflow from 1,000 to 60,000 m³/h, with static pressures reaching 2,000–7,000 Pa. This combination of high pressure capability and explosion-proof safety ensures the fan’s suitability for systems transporting volatile or flammable gases. The FRP construction provides continuous resistance against acid, alkali, and solvent attack, ensuring long-term durability in hazardous and corrosive work environments.
