The Corrosion Resistant Fiberglass Fan is an industrial ventilation solution designed to perform reliably in environments where metallic fans fail due to chemical attack, high humidity, or salt corrosion. Constructed entirely from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), this fan offers outstanding resistance to a wide range of corrosive gases including chlorine, hydrochloric acid vapor, sulfur dioxide, and ammonia.
The fan’s centrifugal impeller and volute casing are fabricated through precision molding, resulting in a smooth, uniform structure that ensures stable airflow and minimal friction losses. The backward-curved blade profile provides high efficiency, while the reinforced fiberglass matrix guarantees excellent mechanical integrity under continuous operation.
The bearing housing is located outside the airstream, isolated from corrosive gases, and equipped with sealed, lubricated bearings for long service life. Motors may be standard, explosion-proof, or variable-frequency types, with flexible coupling or belt drive arrangements. The unit’s compact, lightweight construction allows for easy installation and maintenance, even in confined plant spaces.
The fan’s typical performance includes airflow from 500 to 60,000 m³/h and pressure ranges up to 4,000 Pa.
