A Protective Net Carbon Steel Fan is a rugged industrial ventilation fan equipped with a protective mesh or grille to ensure safety during operation and prevent foreign objects from entering the impeller. Constructed primarily from carbon steel, this fan offers superior mechanical strength and resistance to impact, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments requiring both durability and operator safety.

The protective net is typically fabricated from galvanized or powder-coated steel wire, securely mounted at the inlet and outlet. It provides effective protection without significantly affecting airflow performance. The fan housing and impeller are made of high-quality carbon steel sheets, precision-cut and welded to form a rigid structure. Impellers are dynamically balanced to achieve low vibration and smooth running. Surface treatments, including epoxy or zinc-rich coatings, enhance corrosion resistance.
