The High Temperature Resistant Fiberglass Fan is engineered to deliver consistent performance under elevated temperature conditions while maintaining strong resistance to corrosive environments. Constructed from heat-stabilized fiberglass-reinforced resins, this fan can continuously operate at temperatures up to 120°C–180°C, depending on the selected resin system. It is ideal for applications involving hot exhaust gases, vaporized chemicals, or heated air extraction.
The fan’s housing, impeller, and shaft design are optimized to prevent deformation or degradation at high temperatures. The impeller blades are precision-balanced to maintain smooth rotation and minimize noise and vibration, even when handling high-temperature airflows. Bearings are equipped with heat-resistant grease and sealed bearing housings to ensure long-term operation under thermal stress.
Motor options include standard asynchronous motors, high-temperature motors, or VFD-compatible models for variable airflow control. To ensure safety, the motor and bearing sections are thermally insulated from the airflow. This design extends component life and prevents thermal transfer that might damage the motor during prolonged operation.
This fiberglass fan is widely used in chemical plants, kiln exhaust systems, industrial drying equipment, oven ventilation, and thermal treatment processes.
