The PP Centrifugal Fan is designed for medium to high-pressure ventilation systems requiring strong chemical resistance and stable mechanical performance. It is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, electroplating lines, and chemical waste gas treatment systems. The fan housing and impeller are both molded from pure polypropylene, providing complete resistance to oxidation, acid vapor, and alkali corrosion.
The aerodynamic impeller design allows efficient conversion of rotational energy into pressure, achieving high air volume and static pressure performance. The blades are backward-curved to minimize energy loss and noise. The shaft and motor assembly are separated from the corrosive gas path, and all metallic fasteners are stainless steel or fully coated for corrosion protection.
