Ürün Tanıtımı
The shell of the fan is welded into one piece, increasing the strength of the shell. The fan equipment runs continuously for 24 hours without damage, with a long service life, energy efficiency, and electricity saving. The entire unit is tested and subjected to stress-strain analysis to improve product safety.
Adopting a well shaped reinforcement, it is aesthetically pleasing and durable. The unit adopts an oil bath enclosed oil tank to reduce the frequency of malfunctions. Mechanized production, uniform specifications, complete parts and materials, and can complete installation and maintenance in the shortest possible time and at the lowest cost.
We provide professional technology to solve user problems, conduct regular equipment operation status surveys and inspections, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and provide valuable opinions or suggestions to our company to ensure that the fan operates in the best condition. We can tailor the design to the special specifications of customers to ensure high fan operation efficiency.

High pressure centrifugal fans can be widely used in dust collection, incinerator exhaust, VOC organic exhaust, high-temperature exhaust, semiconductor process, and forced air supply; Widely applicable, suitable for various working conditions, efficient and energy-saving (energy-saving), creating profits, saving costs, and providing after-sales service for you.
The THPB series high-pressure centrifugal fan can be used for blowing and conveying air and non corrosive, non self igniting, and non viscous gases in furnaces and forging furnaces. However, the temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m3; Widely applicable, suitable for various working conditions, efficient and energy-saving, creating profits and saving costs for you.
A High Pressure Centrifugal Fan is designed to generate large air pressures at moderate flow rates, suitable for applications where air or gas must be conveyed through long ducts or against high system resistance. Its working principle relies on centrifugal acceleration, where the impeller blades impart kinetic energy to the air, which is then converted into static pressure within the volute casing. The structural design focuses on high mechanical strength, stable operation, and precise aerodynamic efficiency.
The impeller typically consists of forward-curved or backward-curved blades, depending on the required pressure and flow characteristics. High-strength carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloys are commonly used to ensure resistance to fatigue and corrosion. Each impeller undergoes strict dynamic and static balancing to achieve smooth, vibration-free operation at high rotational speeds—often ranging from 2,800 to 3,600 rpm. The casing is constructed with welded steel plates, reinforced at stress points to withstand high pressure without deformation.
To handle high loads, the fan shaft is made from medium-carbon steel and supported by heavy-duty ball or roller bearings. Bearings are equipped with cooling fins or water jackets for continuous operation under elevated temperatures. The coupling or belt drive system is designed to minimize transmission loss and vibration. Motor selection depends on pressure demand—either standard asynchronous motors or high-efficiency variable-frequency motors can be configured.
High pressure centrifugal fans are widely used in industrial furnaces, pneumatic conveying systems, boiler air supply, material drying, and air purification equipment. In these systems, the fan must overcome significant resistance while maintaining stable airflow. Pressure ratings typically range from 3,000 Pa to 15,000 Pa, and airflows from 1,000 m³/h to over 60,000 m³/h. Due to their high static pressure and compact structure, these fans ensure reliable air delivery in high-resistance systems where axial fans cannot perform efficiently.
