The flame-retardant PP fan is manufactured using flame-retardant polypropylene material, with a flame-retardant grade of V-2. It is recommended to use it in flammable gas environments for vertical combustion to block the spread of fire. The flame-retardant and fireproof material PP centrifugal fan cannot be completely burned by wildfire, and there is no flame ignition or spread phenomenon detected in the laboratory. To ensure user safety in production, customized flame-retardant PP fan equipment is developed, which operates 24 hours without faults and is safe to use.

The Flame Retardant PP Fan is a high-safety centrifugal ventilation unit built from flame-retardant polypropylene (PP-FR) materials, providing both chemical resistance and fire prevention in hazardous industrial applications. It is specifically designed for facilities handling volatile gases, chemical fumes, or flammable dust, offering an excellent balance of performance, corrosion resistance, and fire protection.

The impeller and volute casing are fabricated using flame-retardant PP material that complies with UL94 V-0 flame retardancy standards, ensuring the material self-extinguishes quickly when exposed to flames. The aerodynamic design of the impeller ensures efficient airflow delivery and low noise. The housing is precision-welded and reinforced for mechanical stability under continuous operation.

The fan can be equipped with a flameproof motor or a variable frequency drive for flexible speed control. Bearings are sealed and mounted outside the airstream, protected from chemical corrosion and heat. Standard operating performance includes airflows between 1,000 and 80,000 m³/h and pressures up to 3,000 Pa, depending on the specific model.
