The FRP high-pressure soundproof box fan has a wide range of applications, with built-in pure fiberglass impeller and a pressure of 7KPa that can be designed. It adopts a variable frequency three-phase asynchronous motor, high-strength variable diameter joint, high efficiency, satisfactory performance, low vibration frequency, and reduced noise source propagation. It is commonly used in VOCs waste gas treatment, sewage deodorization, biological deodorization, laboratories, residential areas and other high demand noise environments.

The FRP High-Pressure Soundproof Box Fan is a heavy-duty centrifugal ventilation system engineered to handle high-pressure air movement in chemically corrosive and noise-sensitive environments. The entire airflow system, including the casing and impeller, is constructed from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), which provides superior resistance to acids, alkalis, and chemical vapors.

This fan is specifically designed for use in industrial deodorization towers, chemical scrubbers, and fume extraction systems where strong pressure and low noise are required simultaneously. The aerodynamic impeller features backward-curved blades that deliver high efficiency and strong static pressure. The motor can be configured for direct drive or belt drive, depending on performance requirements.

The fan is enclosed within a soundproof cabinet, fabricated from corrosion-resistant FRP panels combined with multilayer acoustic insulation. The enclosure effectively suppresses mechanical and aerodynamic noise, reducing overall sound levels by 20–30 dB(A). The internal structure is designed to maintain smooth airflow, ensuring pressure stability and avoiding flow distortion.

To enhance safety, the motor is mounted in a dry compartment outside the gas path. Ventilation openings are fitted with filters and silencers to prevent contamination and noise leakage. Access doors and inspection ports provide easy maintenance without compromising airtightness.
