The outer cotton surface plate of the FRP soundproof box fan case is made of pure fiberglass material, with flame retardant and soundproof cotton bonded inside to reduce spontaneous combustion caused by gas. There is a ventilation window on the side to measure the same air pressure inside and outside. There is an independent heat dissipation fan on the upper side, and the phenomenon of high gas temperature inside the box is almost non-existent. It is a fan case that reduces the operating temperature of the fan and rises, preventing rain and rust.

FRP soundproof box fans are commonly used for the extraction and exhaust of corrosive acid and alkali gases, desulfurization and denitrification purification, as well as in environments containing corrosive waste gases such as garbage plants, chemical plants, and sewage deodorization. The FRP Soundproof Box Fan is a versatile, corrosion-resistant ventilation system that integrates a fiberglass centrifugal fan inside an acoustically insulated housing. The fan itself is constructed from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), providing excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and humid gases. The soundproof box is composed of FRP outer panels and internal acoustic layers, typically polyurethane foam or rock wool, which absorb and attenuate noise generated by the fan. The box includes a multi-point vibration isolation base, reducing structure-borne noise and ensuring quiet operation even at high speeds.

The motor can be positioned externally or within a sealed dry chamber, and explosion-proof or waterproof options are available. Maintenance is facilitated through removable service doors and observation windows, allowing convenient access to the impeller and drive components.
