The PP Plastic Centrifugal Fan is a corrosion-resistant ventilation solution engineered for environments where traditional metal fans cannot withstand chemical exposure. Constructed entirely from polypropylene (PP), this fan provides exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive gases. It is widely used in applications such as chemical exhaust, laboratory ventilation, wastewater treatment, and semiconductor manufacturing.
This centrifugal fan operates on the principle of airflow acceleration through impeller rotation, converting kinetic energy into pressure energy. The impeller features backward-curved blades, precision-welded and dynamically balanced to ensure stable performance with minimal vibration. The fan casing is fabricated through high-temperature fusion welding, ensuring structural integrity and airtightness even under continuous operation in chemically aggressive conditions.
The motor assembly is positioned outside the airflow path, effectively protecting it from contact with corrosive gases.
